We are a team that came out of logistics rather than out of marketing. Ten years quoting lane rates, modelling total landed cost and building pipeline across road, air, sea and express, at DSV, DHL Express, DHL Parcel and DPD.

Denas leads every engagement himself. He sets the ICP, signs off the list before a single email sends, and writes every sequence personally. You will not be handed to an account manager, and you will not be sold to by someone who has never shipped a pallet.

§01 — The difference

Your prospects get 30 cold emails a week. They delete 29.

Most agencies treat logistics like any other sector. They run the same playbook they use for SaaS and dental practices. Your transport director smells it from the subject line, and so does everyone else's.

Industry, not guesswork

Ten years quoting lane rates and building pipeline across road, air, sea and express. We know both sides of the conversation because we have sat on both.

Copy that sounds like an insider

Your prospects can tell when a cold email was written by someone who has never shipped a pallet. Ours read like they came from someone who has been in the industry for years. Because they did.

Alongside your team, or instead of one

We feed a sales team warm conversations so they stop burning through lists. Or, for an MD who cannot justify an £88,000 BDM, we simply are the top of the funnel. Either works.

Pipeline or nothing

Emails sent. Replies received. Meetings booked. We do not send brand awareness reports. If it does not put a meeting in a diary, we do not count it.

§02 — Proof

Three sectors. Three sizes. The same methodology.

One is the largest freight forwarder in the world. The other two you have never heard of. The approach does not care how big you are, because the buyers behave the same way whatever the letterhead says.

Client names are redacted because our clients would rather their competitors did not know who fills their pipeline. Two references are available before you sign.

Where a positive reply turned out to be outside what the client could actually fulfil, it is counted separately below. You should be able to see which number is which.

What a qualified reply actually looks like.

Every agency claims replies. Below are real ones, reproduced word for word from live campaigns. Names, companies, addresses, phone numbers and domains are blacked out. Nothing else has been touched.

“I am interested in receiving a quote for our 3PL requirements if you have capacity. Could you please call me on my mobile number below for an initial chat?”

Why this one matters: this is the chief executive of an established manufacturer answering a cold email with a full procurement brief, unprompted, in a single reply. That is not a lead. That is a live tender, opened by one email.

ONE OF THE EMAILS BEHIND THEM

No templates. No “I hope this finds you well.”

Your prospects can tell when a cold email was written by someone who has never shipped a pallet. This one opens on a fee restructure and a payout delay that the reader had personally been dealing with for months.

That is the difference between an email that gets read and one that gets deleted with the other twenty-nine.

SUBJECT: UK FULFILMENT without the FBA tax
Step 01 of 5 · sent to 9,936 contacts

Hi ,

January’s FBA fee restructure plus the DD+7 payout delay since March has put a lot of UK Shopify and Amazon sellers in an awkward spot, paying more per unit and waiting a week longer for the cash to land.

We run a fulfilment operation built for SME e-commerce: pay-as-you-go, no minimums, no setup fees, same-day dispatch on anything in by 4pm, and a 15-minute reply on every query. No tickets, no chatbots.

Reply with your average unit weight and monthly order volume and I’ll send back a quick FBA-vs-us cost comparison. No call needed.

Best regards,

§04 — How it works

Four steps. No drama.

Week three is the honest answer, not week one. Anyone promising meetings in the first fortnight is either sending to a bought list or lying.

01Weeks 1–2

Discovery & ICP

Your services, lanes, margins and no-go accounts. ICP development that goes well past job titles: mode, volume band, seasonality, incumbent, decision structure.

02Weeks 1–3

List build & warm-up

List built by hand and verified, while sending domains are warmed for 14–18 days in parallel. Skip the warm-up and the whole campaign lands in spam.

03Launch

Sequences go live

Sequence depth set by your vertical: two touches for a global forwarder, seven or eight for cold chain. Your 30 days starts here, not when you sign.

04Ongoing

Qualify, hand over, rewrite

Replies qualified and handed over with full context inside 24 hours. We watch reply and objection patterns weekly and rewrite the copy when something is not landing.

§04 — The part nobody else does

The emails come from you. Not from us.

We send on your behalf, from domains that read like your business, signed off in your name. When a prospect replies and you pick the thread up, there is no handover moment, no agency to explain, and no third party sitting in the conversation.

As far as your prospect is concerned, you emailed them and they replied to you. We do not appear anywhere.

Sequence depth by verticalSet at discovery
Global freight forwarderSenior buyers, short patience, high recognition2–3
E-commerce fulfilmentFast-moving, founder-led decisions3
Project & specialist logisticsLonger consideration, technical qualification4
Cold chain, pharma & healthcareNarrow pool, long cycles, compliance-heavy7–8

Every sector gets its own treatment. Nothing is reused between clients, and nothing is reused between verticals.

§05 — Fit

We are not right for everyone.

This works if you
  • Sell freight forwarding, 3PL, parcel, same-day, fulfilment or customs brokerage
  • Have someone who can follow up inside 48 hours: MD, director, account manager or sales team
  • Are targeting the UK, Ireland or Europe
  • Can onboard within five working days and follow up leads promptly
  • Want pipeline, and are prepared to be told when something is not working
This does not work if you
  • Want leads on a per-lead fee or commission basis. We work on fixed retainers only
  • Have nobody who will act on a warm conversation within a couple of days
  • Sell outside logistics and supply chain
  • Need results inside two weeks
  • Are looking for brand awareness, impressions or content marketing
§06 — Risk

The Make-Good Guarantee

Terms of guaranteeREF BR-GTEE-01 · v3
01

We agree a number before launch

A monthly figure for qualified replies, set against the real size of your addressable market and written into the engagement. Not a range, not a target. A number.

02

What counts toward it

A decision-maker or influencer at a corporate entity (GM, Ops Director, Commercial Director, MD or equivalent) asking to learn more, requesting rates, or agreeing to talk. Not an unsubscribe. Not an out-of-office. Not a sole trader.

03

If we miss it, the next month is free

We keep the campaign running at our cost until the shortfall is cleared. You do not pay twice for the same number, and you do not chase us for a refund. The make-good is automatic.

04

The clock starts at launch, not at signature

Day one is the day the first sequence sends. The two to three weeks of list building and domain warm-up before that are ours, not yours. You are never billed a campaign day for work that has not started.

05

What it covers

Starter and Growth retainers. The £2,000 pilot is a fixed 30-day engagement to prove the method and is priced accordingly. It carries no make-good.

06

It runs both ways

Conditional on onboarding inside five working days and leads followed up inside 48 hours. We cannot guarantee outcomes on conversations that go cold on your side.

Beyond the guaranteeFixed retainers, no per-lead fees, no commission. Leads exclusive to you, never resold. Thirty days' rolling after the pilot, no long tie-in.

§07 — Pricing

No per-lead fees. No surprises. Pure retainer.

Published because you should be able to work out whether this is worth a call without having to book one. One won contract at typical freight forwarder margins covers six to twelve months of Starter.

§08 — Questions

The things buyers actually ask

Whose domains do you send from, and whose name is on the email?
Dedicated secondary domains that we buy and warm ourselves, never your primary. And the emails go out as you: your business name, your sign-off. When a prospect replies and you pick the thread up, there is no handover moment, no agency to explain and no third party in the conversation. As far as the prospect is concerned, you emailed them. We are not in the thread at all.
When does my 30 days actually start?
The day the first sequence sends, not the day you sign. Discovery, list build, verification and 14–18 days of domain warm-up all happen before that, and none of it is billed as a campaign day. In practice a 30-day campaign is about a six-week engagement end to end. Skipping the warm-up is how agencies get you into spam on week one.
How many emails are in a sequence?
It depends entirely on the vertical. A global freight forwarder gets two or three touches: senior buyers, short patience, high brand recognition. Cold chain, pharma and healthcare logistics get seven or eight, because the pool is narrow and the cycle is long. Fulfilment sits around three, project logistics around four. Every email is written for that specific audience; nothing is reused between clients.
Do you work with our competitors?
No. We take one client per service line per territory, and we will not run two campaigns into the same prospect pool. If we are already working with a forwarder on your lanes we will tell you on the first call rather than take the money and hope you don’t notice.
What happens if the campaign isn’t working?
We watch reply rates and objection patterns weekly. If replies are thin, or we are getting the same “no” repeatedly, we rewrite, usually the opener, sometimes the segment. That is included, not a change request. A campaign that is not landing is our problem to fix, and the make-good guarantee means it is our cost too.
How do you handle GDPR and PECR for UK and EU outbound?
B2B outbound to corporate contacts under legitimate interest, with a documented LIA per campaign, clear identification of the sender, and a working opt-out in every message. Suppression is honoured permanently and across all campaigns we run. We do not contact sole traders or personal addresses.
We don’t have a sales team. Does this still work?
Yes, and it is a large part of who we work for. Plenty of our clients are founders and MDs who cannot justify a £88,000 BDM but still need pipeline. The conversations come to whoever is going to handle them: you, a director, an account manager. All we ask is that a warm reply gets a response inside 48 hours.
We already have an SDR. Why would we need this?
Because your SDR should be selling, not prospecting. We do the research, list building and cold outreach so that what lands in their diary is a briefed conversation with a decision-maker rather than a name on a list. We work alongside a sales team just as happily as we work instead of one.
Who writes the copy?
Denas does — every sequence, every campaign, personally. Ten years selling road, air, sea and express means the emails read like they came from inside the industry, because they did. The team handles research, verification, domain warm-up, monitoring and reporting. The copy is never delegated.
What is the notice period?
Thirty days’ rolling after the initial term. No twelve-month lock-in. If it is not working, you should be able to stop.
§09 — Next

Thirty minutes. No deck. No hard sell.

You tell us what you sell and who you sell to. We tell you whether we can help and what it would look like. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.

You will leave with a view of which segments in your lanes are worth targeting, whether or not we end up working together.
